How's it going? My name is Thorsten. I am 50, but feel like I'm 30. A messy divorce had left me physically and emotionally bankrupt. Ok, so if we're brutally honest with ourselves, we may have to admit that getting out of shape, as we have/had, takes hard work. You have to do a lot of the wrong things in the departments of eating and not moving. Incremental "allowances" have a cumulative effect. Those fries will hurt your waist-line, but when you don't move much either, then those pounds find their way onto your hips....DOUBLE TIME!!
THANK GOD this principle works in our favor too. I had spent years bouncing in and out of shape, because nothing stuck as a lifestyle.
